In 2016, allgrand power R&D team in Malta began work on a project to test the performance of our Allgrand lithium solar storage batteries. The aim of the project is to install solar panels on the boats that generate solar energy. The  li 18650 batteries would be used to power the boat and it would be possible to sell the batteries to the island, which has a total area of 246 km 2.

After installing a highly intelligent BMS to monitor battery performance, we are proud to say that the tests have been a great success and that the lithium batteries used in the project are immediately available on the market. Tests were then carried out to see if the battery performance could be maintained.
